Rules & Regulations:
- The Festival is open to filmmakers from all over the world.
- The Film may be in Marathi, Hindi, English, or in any other language with English subtitles.
- The Film duration allowed is 1 Min to 30 Mins.
- The Film submitter can be an authorized person or an organization, Film Director or Film Producer or Production Organization.
- The Film must be completed between the 1st January 2010 till the deadline for registration.
- We accept all the released & non-released films.
- You may submit more than one film, but you must complete a separate entry form and pay entry fee for each film.
- Filmmakers will be notified via email of submission status.
- The selected, movies can be available for public online screening on our official website / social channels.
- Result by festival Jury will be final and fixed.
- Once the official selection list is announced, we will convey date and venue for physical screening.

'The Empty Space' is group of budding artists also known as TES, who have come together to blend different ideas, to create new and exciting content. TES group works in Arts, Media & Education, started in May 2015 by a group of three members and now we are a family of more than 35 Artists.
The Group has stared its journey from creating small act of drama from theatre to various YouTube and then "India's First Found footage Web Series: The Diary Of A Psycho", after that TES came up with Music video (Hey Deva !!) which is appreciated by T-Series and the video is on their official YouTube channel.
After achieving such milestone we have come up with comedy web series 'RAHIMANI KIDE' which revolves around young man feeling in various traps. Later on TES moved with creation multi award winning on short films like The Last Page, Mhasankhaee, AlertBA and team is continuing with variety of projects to out-stand from crowd. Till date we have reached to more than 10 Lacs audience through our YouTube Chanel
